I really feel for the difficult job Macdonald's workers have but what they did today was disgraceful . At 10:30 I ordered a coffee via mobile to be picked up at counter. When I tried to enter the doors were locked. Finally a young woman who I thought was an employee(she wasnt) opened the door for me and said they are understaffed and locking the doors even though patrons were eating there. Anybody else who tried to get in faced the same dilemma. i was totally ignored by staff and literally waited a half hour for the coffee. All management had to do was to put signs up saying understaffed--long wait sorry for any inconvenience and then the patrons could decide what to do. Instead they chose an unacceptable disgraceful route and if the doors werent opened by a nice patron I would never have gotten an order I paid for.

I went through the drive through so I can't really rate the atmosphere. But if the people in the drive through were any indication of what it was inside I would give it 5 stars.
i have been to many mcdonalds in my life, but this one really puts the cherry on top. i ordered a spicy mc crispy, the one that comes in the bag, and i truly mean it when i say that this was the best sandwich i ever had. it was warm, juicy, and cooked to perfection. it had the best components of all the best types of sandwiches and i hope that one day i can revisit this place—as i was just stopping in the town for some shopping and snacks—so that i can re-experience this meal of a lifetime. highly recommend the spicy mc crispy. this mcdonalds place has my full support.

Went to McDonald's on rt9 in glens falls last night at 1030pm and they were not busy so I placed an order. When I said that was all the crew mocked qhat I was saying. So when I pulled up to the window to get my food, the kid handing out the food acted like he didn't know what I was asking him when I asked who was In the grill. He said he didn't know what I was talking about. I looked at him and told him that I know the owner and I don't like being mocked in the manner that they did it which was rude bc they still had the headset on from drive thru so I was able to hear everything that was said outside on the speaker. I hope Rene Reardon sees this and is able to speak with her crew that was working last night on 11/24/23

Went thru drive thru at the fort edward mcdonalds orders 2 plain cheeseburgers . I got home checked bag and they gave me 2 grill cheese no burger . Like they were not bizzy so whats theres excuse .I can out work all those workers use to work there . And did better job
