Worst margarita I've ever had, came in a small soda glass, waited over and hour for 2 Turkey clubs that came out on stale bread, waitress asked if I wanted something else I said no thank you, and asked for the check. Did not want to come back to our table to take our payment and give us change, had to flag another waitress down to get it to her and when she returned to give us our change she slammed the book down on the table and gave the snarkiest "have a nice day "

We just had a great dining experience made possible by our wonderful server and the hands-on class act of a manager. My husband and i’s meals were great, but something tasted off about our daughter’s Mac n cheese. The manager immediately looked into the matter and put in a replacement meal. The team went above and beyond to rectify the situation (even though it really wasn’t that big of a deal!). We love Otooles and are thankful for their great staff and service. Been going here for years. Can tell under new management, portions getting way smaller but prices going up. Food is still good but not much of it anymore. Not sure if will go back as often anymore?
