ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY IF THEY KNOW THEY ARE OPEN AT 11 THEY SHOULD BE SCHEDULING WORKERS TO COME IN AT 10:30 TO START MAKING THE FOOD FOR 11
I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM MY SERVICE OR MONEY FROM HERE ON OUT UNLESS THEY CAN FIX THIS EVERYDAY PROBLEM 😡 😡“
“Been here a couple of times since they opened, so far it is the only taco bell in the area that hasn't messed up or order.Not a local, only here when visiting my partner but the quality is about what you would expect from taco bell so all good on that front. Never had to wait longer than reasonable at the drive through however we typically do on the app to collect.Only criticism would be to have a bit more attentiveness to incoming customers as we have had to wait several minutes in the past to be told that the pickup order on the shelf was ours.Other than that, can you look into the volcano burrito that taco bell Ireland and UK do? I really want that one but the fiesta strips do slam.“
“Small thing, but absolutely worth a positive review: I ordered my beverage no ice at the drive-thru yesterday evening. The young lady with glasses was handing us our drinks, but with ice in both. I was not going to say anything. I used to work in service, & do not want her day harder. She paused with my drink & said “No wait, you ordered no ice.” I agreed I did, but she was already making me a new drink without hesitation & apologized for the second longer wait. As stated earlier, small thing, but meaningful. Plus our order is always correct at this location -even before the icing. If you don’t like ice, you know. Cheers thank you!“
