“Always love talking to worker Mia at the balltown location, she is super kind and accommodating. Almost always get good service especially with this worker specifically. Somedays can be sort of slow and it seems a little understaffed towards nightime which can be a little inconvenient but as a server myself I understand they try their best to be timely. This location is for sure my favorite!“

“We usually go to Taco Bell’s surrounding our area (Troy,Latham,Clifton park) this is our first trip out here and it’s the best we’ve had. All of our substitutions were right when we checked the food, nothing was “out of stop or order” and everything was packed the perfect amount. Food was so good.“
