This store used to be a pretty good location, but has suffered a of late and last night commanded a new review. NINE associates, nine count em, but it looked like the keystone cops with half countering the other. I pre-ordered on the app, and on arrival at my appointed time, there were the others waiting and no one in the drive-thru. Ten minutes later, cuz I did finally get some one to ask if I had been helped, to which I'm told they are starting me next. Ten minutes later, it's ready. It's TACO BELL! It's supposed to be FAST FOOD! This is becoming Clifton Park slow! I pre-order for a reason! It wasn't that busy, but thirty minutes is a bit much.“
