“I haven’t really had any issues here. The food is always presentable and fresh. I will say though, do not go when it is later at night around 8-10 that’s is when it is popping. I sat in the drive through line for a hour, that night we also received attitude by an employee. Other than that they have been very nice!“
“Richard at the exit 18 taco bell is an absolute delight to be around, while I was there eating my food, I watched him use positive reinforcement and encouragement to teach and train his staff in high stress rush hour situations, he took my order and nothing but friendly, his service was fast and precise. Everything in my order was made and rung up, properly with 0 issues! Hands down Richard and his crew at the exit 18 Taco Bell make for the best Taco Bell with the best customer service in the entire area!“
