“I haven’t really had any issues here. The food is always presentable and fresh. I will say though, do not go when it is later at night around 8-10 that’s is when it is popping. I sat in the drive through line for a hour, that night we also received attitude by an employee. Other than that they have been very nice!“
“Well, I guess when the same group owns more than one store one must expect they will eventually become the same. This store used to be a pretty good location, but has suffered a of late and last night commanded a new review. NINE associates, nine count em, but it looked like the keystone cops with half countering the other. I pre-ordered on the app, and on arrival at my appointed time, there were the others waiting and no one in the drive-thru. Ten minutes later, cuz I did finally get some one to ask if I had been helped, to which I'm told they are starting me next. Ten minutes later, it's ready. It's TACO BELL! It's supposed to be FAST FOOD! This is becoming Clifton Park slow! I pre-order for a reason! It wasn't that busy, but thirty minutes is a bit much.“
