I AM REVIEWING LAS POBLANAS..THE DAYTIME OPERATION IN THE BRIGITTE BISTRO SPACE, WHICH OPERATES AT DINNER. WE WERE DELIGHTED TO HAVE A PERFECT GUACAMOLE Y CHILAQUILES VERDE( A VERY WELL BALANCED SALSA VERDE) AS WELL AS JUICE MADE FROM THE HIBISCUS. SERVICE WAS WARM AND VERY GOOD.

This is a cute little restaurant located on a side street in Red Hook. I really like the way it is decorated as it's very unique with 10 chandeliers and 1 crystal chandelier that reminded me of the 'over the top' crystal chandelier my grandmother had, but in this restaurant it's the perfect finishing touch. My only suggestion would be to add white table clothes to complete the look.

Salmon dinner was delicious. Husband had a special burger which was amazing with French fries and a beer.
Of course Dessert Chocolate Mousse is Devine. Definitely will be back with friends.
