Omakase Ramen Reviews
Amazing hidden gem in Rego Park, great service, great food and a very cozy interior. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. The sushi is phenomenal and you get a great bang for your buck
This place is an underrated gem that I hope becomes a sleeper hit. This is my family's favorite restaurant on 63rd Drive, & has become our go-to for whenever we wanna dine out. 💖 Omakase Ramen is family owned & operated!!
Service is kind & quick. They're a little shy, but with some jokes they crack open a bit - if you are someone who likes to have a conversation while dining. If you get to meet Anna, tell her how much you appreciate the food, as she's the main cook...read full review
Have dined in and also ordered food to go from here. Food is really solid and there’s a huge variety to choose from! I get the chicken katsu combination and it is definitely a good amount of food for the price. The restaurant itself is really nice and clean. Takeout was also packaged well.

Omakase Ramen is a popular family-owned restaurant known for its amazing food quality and generous portions. The owner is a hardworking individual who often makes the food himself, sometimes delivering it, and always treats customers kindly. The restaurant recently moved to a beautiful new location, and customers feel it is worth every penny. Many reviews mention that it has been a favorite spot for a long time, especially since it was Shogun down the block.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including ramen, bento boxes, and fusion options like Chinese, Japanese, and Thai foods. The bento boxes are large and packed with protein, while Thai dishes are flavorful. Although the food is not 100% authentic, the quality remains high, and prices are very reasonable—lunch specials range from $10 to $18, providing fast food prices at a sit-down restaurant.
The ambiance is modern, clean, and well-lit, making it a comfortable place to dine in or take out. Customers appreciate the friendly service, with many mentioning the welcoming staff who often go above and beyond, offering small gestures like free edamame or water. Overall, Omakase Ramen is a great, worth-it place that customers recommend for its delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent value.
