Monday 8/5 morning Team!customer service was very poor.I already had placed my order and I need other items, hot coffee she made me go around on drive thur line again , I don’t think it’s a right.

Went to the drive thru got the bogo refreshers. One strawberry açaí with lemonade and the other one was a mango dragon fruit with lemonade. The strawberry açaí literally taste like it has alcohol in it and I unfortunately had to go to work so I can’t go back and complain.

It’s amazing if you go to the gym next to it !! Since it’s convenient just to go there after a work out to get a lil something ! I’ve been going here for years and had no problems at all !!

This is a drive thru review. Ordered a chai tea and a mango dragon fruit lemonade that had no lemonade and tasted water down. There were two boys at drive thru when I complained. They started laughing and pretty much added more water to the cup and one of them said “love you” sarcastically. If it wasn’t because my husband drove off before I tried it again. I would have brought it up to the manager.

I rarely post reviews and only when I really like/dislike something. It’s a pleasure to share with you that this location is just a nice place to visit and enjoy a cup of nice fresh coffee. However, what really made me write this review is a gentleman named Moises He was not only polite with, he actually did everything he could to accommodate my needs and made feel special. His coworkers also showed themselves very professional by any kind of standard but Moises surrounded me with great respect and care
Unfortunately, i noticed that they are like that with everyone, not just me. LOL

Made my drink terrible charged me an extra dollar and had us waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there was only one car in-front of us. The guy who was working the drive thru was very very rude.

Very poor customer service. The barista made the wrong drink and didn’t want to provide a suitable solution. Awful attitudes. I hope management finds the people who don’t care to be there. These people make getting a quick cup of coffee such a horrible experience.
