My kid now has no lunch because of the incompetence of the whole staff. I ordered for delivery and the manager thinks it’s professional to tell me that I’m lying because her workers said they didn’t prepare my food wrong. Her solution was that she’d replace my burgers with the correct ones IF I PLACED AN ORDER AND BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSE so they can send it. Ordered and paid for a Big Bacon Classic. Asked twice at the counter if the bagged order was mine as the store had customers all jammed up at the counter on top of each other and the girl behind the counter was yelling at the male order taker. Got home and it was some chicken thing with special stuff that I heard the girl in front of me order. One bite and tossed it. the store will not answer it’s listed # and I’m across town. Very upset. Want my $8 sandwich. What do I do?
