7 Brew Coffee is a popular spot known for its delicious drinks and friendly service. Customers appreciate the staff, who are described as sweet, professional, and genuinely happy to be working there. Many enjoy trying different flavors, including the highly recommended key lime pie freeze, and find the drinks consistently good, even ones they wouldn’t normally try. However, some customers express concern about the prices, noting that drinks can be a bit expensive, particularly when a significant portion of the cup is filled with ice.
While the service is generally fast and efficient, there have been alarming reports regarding workplace safety. One recent visit highlighted a serious issue with yellowjackets flying around the employees' workspace, which could pose a risk to both staff and customers. This situation has raised concerns about the need for management to address the problem promptly.
Despite these issues, many customers plan to return for more drinks and to try seasonal flavors. Overall, 7 Brew Coffee offers a vibrant atmosphere with tasty options, though some improvements in safety and pricing could enhance the experience further.
