This Panera Bread is located in a plaza/strip mall, so there's plenty of parking. My Chiabatta ham, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich & decaf coffee weren't good. There barely was any egg on the sandwich, & the bread was toasted so crispy that it fell apart. Also, my decaf coffee was so strong, it could grow hair on your chest - YIKES! Fantastic customer service. Both women working were extremely nice, one grabbed me a cup so I could get my coffee and the other called me up after ordering (I used the kiosk) to apologize and tell me they didn’t have what I originally ordered. She offered to make me something different and really went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Cream of chicken and wild rice soup was 75% broth, 20% onions, 3% carrots and 2% chicken - not a single grain of rice.
Salads were nominally correct, although requested customization on southwest chicken salad wasn’t done.
Only went here because I had a gift card to use up, so I didn’t have high expectations. The app is annoying to use - slow and clunky.
At least the food was ready when I got there.
