Worst chipotle in the 518. Every time I go in there, there’s NO chicken at all. And I get told I’ll have to wait 20-25min each time. ALWAYS IN THE DINNER RUSH!!!! Staff needs to work on their timing and when they cook things. I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately the experience has gradually gotten worse. The only reason we came today was because my son wanted to.
The employee with the red/purple hair and the older woman who is usually at the register are consistently rude. Every interaction feels like customers are inconveniencing them or ruining their day. Customer service has really declined.

Coming to this specific location, is always a gamble. They always “never” have a specific ingredient and it’s actually the most thing annoying thing in the world.
