Pretty to think so is a great dining option in Rhinebeck with an interesting menu of food and drinks, and a great vibe. The seating is limited, and creates an intimate space. Our seats offered a great view of the bar where the bartender was creating magnificent cocktails and it was delightful to see her in action!

We came here after visiting another restaurant in the area, and it was like coming in for a breath of fresh air. The drinks were incredible, the staff were incredible, the vibe was incredible. We have a few home turn bars that are own, and we left feeling like this was one in the same. We decided to come back the next day to get the full experience.

Underwhelming and amateurish food. I think the focus is more on superficial elements and how the plates and space will look in the photos on social media rather than on the execution and taste.

First of all, the wine list was very underwhelming, and white/ skin contact wines were not properly chilled.

Appetizers: asparagus, poached egg, and trout appetizer was in a liquid soup that resembled sauce. There was no bread offered to soak that up....
