Golden Fountain Kitchen is a NYC no-frills Chinese eatery that has improved its food quality after a management change. The chicken wings and combination platters are now very good, and the soup and dumplings are well-balanced. While some dishes, like the wontons, may have been better in the past, the restaurant still offers fresh and good food, even late at night, with accommodating service.
