“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. “Lost for words.Welconed from the moment I walked in and opened my mouth.Being from Liverpool UK. The conversation went from music to history and everything in-between. Th customers here are far from beyond exceptional.Bobby fhe maintenance, bouncer, plumber, bar attended helper. The guy with a heart of stone. He knows a bot about everything and a gem in a pub for visitors. Thana you.Mario is another gem, bit of a wild card, not a cig, and he will make you laugh all night. He's a loud character and so nice to know.This is a great pub.LCF game“

“We recently ate at the new Italian restaurant named Pulcinella at the rock golf club. We went for our 35th wedding anniversary and we are so glad we did. The decor, the service, and especially the meal were all superb. The portions were large and the prices were high average but well worth it. If you are looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting this is the restaurant you want to try. Reservations suggested.“

“I was here yesterday with my housemate and just an overall nice place and rich in history and in 2019 was my first time here and decided to sleep in the cemetery right across the street and it was definitely a good experience. I will be back!!!“

“While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“Came here on a whim the other night and had an amazing time. The people here were so friendly and kind. The bartender Sue (lol idk how to spell it) she was a gem helped me feel really comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced. The people here take pool seriously though so bring your game face. Parking was easy & I suggest paying & tipping with cash. Oh and most importantly the bathroom was clean!!“
“So let me tell you about “The Royal Pub”. This is a Pub that is Cash Only, and shares it’s parking lot with neighboring businesses. As you enter, you’ll notice that The Bar Area is placed against the wall on the left hand side of the building. There’s about 5 beers on tap, with plenty of bottled beer, canned beer, and hard liquors in-stock. There’s no food, but do they have snacks, such as chips. They offer a ATM, Dart Board, Disco Ball, Happy Hour, Multiple TV’s at various sizes, Pool Table, TouchTunes, and they play Quick Draw here. There’s separate restrooms for men and women, and smoking can be done either out front or out back. They even have a Bouncer there on the weekends. It’s a small pub, so seating may be limited. But it’s perfect for small to midsize groups of people to attend. Its unique feature is the bar’s countertop, which is made up of pennies. This place has a fun and relaxing atmosphere about it, and worth checking out. Thanks to Kimberly, who was The Bartender today.“

“Everyone should come down on Monday nights and play Free Bingo for Free Prize Packages with Ev of “Ev’s Boozy Bingo” all starting at 6:30pm. We play over twenty “20” Bingo pattern games in 2 hours and the last full card game winner receives a $25.00 gift certificate to Arooga’s + we have several raffles for extra prizes.“

“10/10 beautiful place, love the whole vibe of it there!! Went there for costume bingo night with 106.1 bli ally ali and had a wonderful time!! Foods delicious and love that they have games there and scenery is beautiful!! Will be coming back again!!“

Parking: Literally a free parking lot behind chase Bank which is not even a quarter block away from the cliffton literally !!!!!!“

“Love it, super clean, super fun, great patrons and staff. Prices are actually on point with some stuff competitively fixed. Contrary to "the kings" review (who happens to be a former staffs ex) there are ZERO bugs. The photo he left isn't even of any area in or at Misfits. It's a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with great music choices, pool, darts, a variety of food, huge variety of drinks, tap beer, ipas, and seasonal drinks. Frozen menu and summer lemonade types/margaritas are delicious. Bartenders are all awesome, the best around.“
