BUYER BEWARE!Horrible service, this place was bad before the pandemic it's even slower now. Crew of four people and they can't even get the order right. They gave us a burger bun that looked bitten and forgot my children's nuggets, imagine how disappointed they were when I got home.???

The nerve! First, I try to redeem my free whopper from TMobile Tuesday's, and while I'm pressing redeem on my phone the cashier tells me to move so that she can assist the next customer (btw there was no line, only that customer after me). Second, with all this Covid-19 pandemic going on, the employee giving out the orders dares to serve without wearing the face mask properly? How is this possible??? I wish I could leave this review without any star, but unfortunately Its not possible.

Always a hit and miss with this place! Order 8 mozzarella sticks I get four. Yet charged for 8 pieces....missing dressing and croutons! Come on this Burger King location get these orders right!

Come on now Burger King ppls...stop charging me for my order and getting it wrong. This the 6th time and I been a customer for many years! Either through pick up where I am checking the bag reminding the cashier she missed something or through the Grubhub app where again items are not there! Not enough salad missing croutons and wrong meat amount of mozzarella sticks! Not worth the 16.89 plus tip!! Come on ya I really don't want to cancel ya but your leaving me no choice!

If I could give no stars I would. Came here to pick up a FREE T-MOBILE TUESDAY whopper this week and the manager and employees were so nasty to me and my co-worker that we were in shock! As soon as I came in I heard my number be called by what I assume was a manger. She had a sleeve tattoo on her left arm and black hair. She yelled out "73 FREE". I went up to say it was me and she looks at me, turns around to the employee making the sandwiches and goes "CAN YOU BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE COME HERE COLLECTING FREE THINGS"... wow I had to catch myself real quick .. I couldn't believe she said that.. o grabbed my bag from her and said YES YES I DID COME GET MY FREE WHOPPER. I get back online to order my fries and soda lol The nerve of some people .. I really couldn't believe it! Do they not know that BK DOES GET PAID BY T-MOBILE FOR THESE PROMOTIONS.. I don't get some people.

When in here at 9:17 p.m. February 6th went to order some food manager was too busy on the phone all the gentleman that makes the sandwiches or too busy making clapping sounds in the back and then manager comes to the front and starts picking his nose right in the front night shift gentleman with long black hair manager gentleman that makes the food sees me standing there and the managers on his phone and doesn't even got his attention to take my order
