Need to hire people who speak and understand English! Young girl behind the counter working with her AirPod in. Can barely understand a lick of English doesn’t know the menu. Couldn’t create the bowl I wanted. Energy fuel just isn’t the same any more. Closing time is 10pm according to google. Yet the chairs are all up. The woman mopping has the place smelling like dirty water and Clorox. Disgusting. As I wait for my food I don’t even want it anymore.

Honestly this place is the worst. Gone here two times and they messed my order both times. I ordered a smoothie bowl and they didn’t give it to me. I thought I just forgot to order it so I went back and ordered again. The girl in the front said didn’t you already order that and I said yeah I didn’t receive it and she starts yelling at the guy next to her who says he didn’t make my order because he “didn’t feel like it”. DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT. I paid and didn’t receive it because he didn’t feel like making it. Like are we serious. The second time I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave me an avocado chicken bowl. I don’t even like avocado, and the worker rolled her eyes at me when I asked for sour cream.

Usually pretty solid. I ordered the bowl with steak and steak came in strings of overcooked grizzle that looked like someone’s leftovers. Also I asked for my sauce on the side but it was all over the steak, maybe as a camouflage. Threw it out.

Based on the other reviews and my experience today I would be really careful of this place. I really thought this would be a regular go-to when visiting the area, but I just had a ridiculous experience. So meet ordered this Perfect Wrap, which you can see the menu clearly lists chicken as the first ingredient. When we were eating it we noticed there was no chicken so I went back inside to talk to the girl. She then told me there was no chicken in the Perfect Wrap and that we had to pay extra for chicken. Then I looked at the menu and told her there was, and she said that she’s been telling the owner to change the menu. Pretty silly.
Real disappointed that we won’t be going back there. Be careful because I think the menu is too good to be true and I wouldn’t believe everything they say, especially when you read other reviews.

Smoothies and protein shakes were very delicious, but we preferred fresh juice called Hangover Killer. It contains apple, lemon, beets, ginger, and carrot. 7/10
The worst service . The girl Natalie had a nasty attitude they gave me an açaí bowl completely frozen, and when I complained to her, she just said “don’t eat it then because that’s not my problem”
