I haven't been here in a few years but just had the margherita slice and it was incredible. $5 per slice but the size/ingredients were worth it. (also check out the ziti slice, grandma/Sicilian, chicken Caesar salad slice, and the plain slice.)

Update: Phenomenal Sicilian Pie.
Savory Tomato over salty mozzarella cheese. Wonderful atmosphere.Hospitable and 2 hr meter parking one block away.

Best pizza in Queens, NY.
There are two other Rosa's pizzarias in Queens, but the one on Fresh Pond Rd. Is the best.
It's NY, so parking is tough. You can pay the parking meter or try to find a spot on a side street. Wherever you park, it will be worth it for the pizza. Don't forget to try the sausage, eggplant, or chicken rolls, too. For that matter, you can sample the menu as it is full, and I have not tried it all, yet.
