So I was a regular customer here and it was pretty good when it opened up and even really tasty! But the last 3 months have been a huge disappointment. They hand cut their fries basically the size of the potato and are undercooked every time. Even if you order it with extra cook time it’s still undercooked! This place could be better if the employees showed an interest in giving good service. there is an extreme slowness in the orders, I think they should take advantage of the location they have and improve. It is a good business but very poorly managed.

I have never observed a more miserable set of employees in my life. Also watched an employee pull down his mask, to wipe his nose & eyes with his bare hands, then continue to prepare the food he was working on with that bare snotty hand.
