San Remo Pizzeria Restaurant

I started coming here when they only offered the vegan pizzas then a couple of years later they introduced the vegan lasagna. Now, they offer several MORE vegan dishes. I follow a vegan diet. This is my go to place for vegan pizza, the crust is always perfect, the slice is decently made, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff aim to please plus, my husband and I can both enjoy this place together since he follows a carnivore diet. I tried the vegan lasagna once when it was first introduced but I was disappointed. It seemed to be all noodles and hardly any vegetables or sauce. Plus, I believe it only had carrots but at least the noodles were tasty. Maybe it was an off day. I haven't had the vegan lasagna since. Sometime, last year I had the vegan pepperoni roll; the dough tasted fresh, good amount of ingredients straight through and the side of sauce was flavorful. Good meal and definitely tasty. Love the MULTIPLE vegan options! My square piece was very fluffy. Will return for sure.

This place might have the best vegan pizza in the city. The staff is so friendly too, we love going here.

Honestly a shame to put a 1 star review for this place . I grew up eating pizza here as a kid with my dad when I used to live here and recently came over for Halloween and decided to order some pizza . Unfortunately the pizza was oily and barely had any taste , ruined the whole night with the family .. I wish I could get my money back

My favorite neighborhood pizza spot! Friendly staff, delicious slices, and love that they even have vegan options for my vegan friends! Their sauce is 🤌 so I especially love their sauce-forward slices like their grandma, vodka, margherita.

Came here after confirming with the staff that their gluten-free pizza dough is indeed vegan, because it’s often the case that gluten-free pizza dough isn’t vegan. The gluten-free dough only comes in 10” personal pie size, but it was fine as I took the leftovers home. I got it with vegan cheese, vegan sausage, spinach, and mushrooms. It was pretty enjoyable - the crust was thin but got a little on the tough side once it got slightly cooler, but still very enjoyable. I might add onions next time or maybe just garlic and salt as it was just missing a little something.

I like that they have many vegan meats options for their pizzas and pastas so you don’t feel like you’d be stuck with only one or two options.

Boyfriend and his brother got regular cheese slices and enjoyed them well enough that they got another slice to split between them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need whether you’re eating there or taking out. Nothing fancy inside - just a handful of tables and chairs and a TV that had some sports on at the time. But it was clean and comfortable enough to eat our pizza there.
