Best enchiladas de pollo I’ve had. A little bit long of a wait but so worth it. 10/10
First time buying from them i loved it and also my wife loved it too. Their food is authentic and great. Good customer service too.
Good food, waited 20 minutes for 4 tacos with only one person in front of me who had already been waiting which is soo insane

The Big Boss Mexican Food Truck serves delicious Mexican food. Their taco birrias are a standout, with some customers giving them a full 5-star rating. However, service can vary depending on who is working. When the male staff are present, customers often report excellent and friendly service. On the other hand, some customers have had disappointing experiences with the female staff, describing them as rude and unfriendly. The menu includes options like chicken quesadillas and vegetarian burritos, but some reviewers suggest sticking to meat tacos for the best results.
