This store has so many issues but I don't want to be here all night so I'll focus on the most important: I worked here for eight months in 2022 and they stole over 1k of my wages (most of which I've recovered, thanks to the Department of Consumer and Worker Protections, who told me wage theft is a widespread problem in NYC Starbucks). If you have no option but to work here, keep records of EVERYTHING, take pics of every schedule/policy/sick time request/predictability pay log, review your paystubs for accuracy, and reach out to the DOL and DCWP if anything seems slightly fishy, even if it happened a while ago. You have the right to fair compensation.

Awesome, friendly service serving excellent strong coffee with superior flavor/taste, ❤️ I received my coffee exactly as I like it. 100% satisfied and very impressed with this location. Would be nice if there was seating available to sit, relax, and enjoy the great coffee. There's definitely space inside and outside for a couple of tables.Anyhow, it's a nice clean Starbucks, inside and out, and the employees were awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered 3 caramel crunch on Uber eats from this store. Our drinks were ice, ice and more ice. I was wondering if Starbucks ran out of coffee. Whoever made our drinks need to do better. This store can never get my order right. Never!
I went to get a chestnut Brule and walked out without my drink, not unpurpose. I called the store to mention that I didn't pick up my drink and described who I was. They said they could NOT refund my money or give me a new drink because they have no way of checking the camera. SO I'm just out of 7 plus dollars, and that's supposed to be ok. Thumbs down ? to this starbucks. This is one store that will never get another dime out of me. And believe me, I buy starbucks every day!!! I will also make sure to NOT have anyone I know purchase anything from this so-called establishment. And I use the term establishment very, very loosely.

Came here in December 2022, purchased a Christmas gift card and payed with cash. Two days later, my gift card was loaded onto someone else account and used in a diff location. The store said they cant do anything and to contact customer service. After talking to 4 diff agents, customer service said the card was used by someone else and the receipt was deleted from the store. Thus, someone from this location when I purchased the gift card stole the card information by taking down the gift card numbers from the receipt in the register. This type of stuff happens in other retail stores so I am not surprised the employee in this Starbucks location did it to me. Good thing I kept my receipt as proof at time of purchase and Starbucks issued my refund. Reposting because review was deleted first time.
