I usually order mobile here and today after the gym I decided to get the pumpkin chai latte my fave!!! The service area was loaded with drinks ppl had not picked up and the staff was working on all orders. The only bad experiences was the customers shoving by to get their drinks until one of the staff members started calling names out to make it smooth for everyone.
