I love this neighborhood Starbucks, staff is real friendly like in other states. This is New York city end of the day lol
Great service and a friendly atmosphere. I found a pen that someone had left behind and used the opportunity to practice a little Spanish while letting the staff know. I'm preparing for the future in Spain, so every bit of practice helps! ☕🇪🇸
The work pace is a bit slow. Not proactive enough. The staff are also not friendly enough. I don't know if this is typical. I need to buy a cup of coffee every day. Some store employees are very enthusiastic and proactive in their work. The issue is when one is not busy.
