This is one of my favorite places in the entire world. I don’t live in ridgewood anymore, so I’m extremely sad because there’s nothing like it anywhere else! The way they cook and season the chicken is superior. Actually I’m hoping I can ask what is the recipe? lol what seasonings are used? Would really appreciate it so much the chicken is PERFECT every time !!

The GOAT of Chicken. I’ve been disappointed by a lot of pollo places, including plenty of authentico neighborhood spots, but this is not just real, it’s great. The bird was moist and flavorful all the way through, including the thick white meat. Fried yuca and maduros were also legit, and even the green sauce was a cut above. All a li’l greasy, but who’s gonna complain when it is without question the best roast chicken I’ve ever had anywhere.
