The GOAT of Chicken.
I’ve been disappointed by a lot of pollo places, including plenty of authentico neighborhood spots, but this is not just real, it’s great. The bird was moist and flavorful all the way through, including the thick white meat. Fried yuca and maduros were also legit, and even the green sauce was a cut above. All a li’l greasy, but who’s gonna complain when it is without question the best roast chicken I’ve ever had anywhere.
