There are too many orders for an under staffed place. Have to wait 25 minutes for a kids meal

I USE TO LOVE GONG HERE. TODAY A LADY WAS ASKING FOR MONEY TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND THEY GOT SEVERAL ORDERS INCORRECT INCLUDING MINE.

All I ordered was a simpler Dave's Double and what did I get a cheeseburger with extra mozzarella smfh.... Who TF puts mozzarella on a burger let alone extra mozzarella... A total disgrace ??♂️

I've been to this location 5 times over the course of the last 2 years. Food is pretty good but nothing amazing; Wendy's uses higher quality ingredients than the competitition, but there's nothing unique about their recipes or taste. Service has been ok. The staff were timely, polite, and they haven't messed up my order the 5 times I visited. The place is pretty clean and has a roomy second floor with a decent amount of seating, and you'll often get one if you want to dine in.

Took almost a half hour to get our breakfast items. When we got in the car, we realized they gave us completely different items than what was ordered. We went back into the store to ask them for what we actually ordered and they still gave us the wrong sandwiches. By this time it was almost 45 minutes for them to casually make our sandwiches. We also ordered the add on cinnabon pull apart and it was hard like a rock. The second one was cold like they took it from the fridge and put it in our bag. They also offered bbq sauce for our french toast sticks because they had no maple syrup. Overall an awful experience hands down!
PS: The sausage was very spicy.

I remember when I was a kid the first time I had Wendy's. Growing up I always was a McDonald's kid and loved going there, it was my personal Disney land. But when I had Wendy's for the first time. I instantly knew I prefer quality over quantity every time. But now Wendy's is not what it used to be. Just yesterday the burger was extremely greasy. At least the ingredients they use is good.

Very good, my children now have more fun with their children's bag that comes with plasticine and molds, to distract themselves after eating.
Kid-friendliness: The second floor is spacious and very clean, and if you have children who are starting to eat or eat alone, they have high chairs for safety.

I WAS so happy that Ridgewood would have a Wendy's again. It was around 12pm and the place was empty. Should have been my first clue. Workers can care less about customer service. They are rude and sooo disrespectful. Never again. I'd rather go to fresh pond road.
