A must go-to place whenever we're in Riverhead. I would definitely drive 25 mins for it. Highlights are the arepas, patacones (Dominican style!), and mofongo. The coffee is refreshingly well done with a comfort feeling of home. And can't forget about the fresh made juices/smoothies. I’ve been here a few times and had several items off the menu and they’ve always been delicious. Today we had the Mofongo with Chicharrón and the Dominican style Patacon. Both were amazing but that Mofongo is one of the best ones I’ve ever had! And that sauce for it!! Delicious!!! Definitely stop in and try anything off the menu. You’ll be in for a treat!

This place is a total hidden gem! Their cheesy birria tacos and bandeja paisa with chicharron were excellent. Kids liked the quesadilla and yuca fries also. I usually like arepa with spicy green sauce but it was missing so mixto arepa was okay for me. I definitely want to try their churrasco next time. Will come back whenever I visit LI aquarium!
