We've always enjoyed whatever we've ordered at Amore, and our server, Andrew, is always a pleasure. One of our favorite restaurants in the area!
First time at Amore. It was a great atmosphere, food was delicious, everyone was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely go back . 5 star from us!
Always excellent food! Celebrated a birthday tonight. Enjoyed siting above stairs and watching kitchen below.
Took our 3 year old there for his birthday and everyone made him feel extra special and the staff even put 3 candles on his dessert!!! Great food and atmosphere!
The service (Andrew) was outstanding. All of our selections were perfectly prepared and well presented.
Often overlooked as a fine dining experience. They also have multiple gluten-free options. The food is great.
We sat upstairs for dinner, which was private, quiet overlooking the bar area. The mocktail I had was excellent as well as the fried calamari. Shrimp scampi was good as well. The chocolate creme brûlée was the best! Prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants these days.
Overall a fine experience. Our server was nice but not knowledgeable on allergens and placed our order incorrectly which resulted in having to wait for a dish to be cooked while everyone else's meals were served. The salmon served was nicely cooked but the fish itself tasted strong which was unappetizing.
The food is good, but not great. We've eaten there several times recently and are basically satisfied with the food, service, and ambiance. It's not a WOW, neither is it a disappointment. We haven't found a WOW Italian restaurant in Rochester, although there are some good ones.
Delicious dinner. We tried the Chef's truffle specials And they were fabulous. Andrew was our server and he Was attentive and helpful. He consistently does a great job!

Love this restaurant but last night for some reason, we had to wait for 45 min to get our food... not sure why because it wasn't even that busy...
This has become one of our family's go to restaurants for Italian. The food is excellent, homemade pasta perfectly cooked and an exceptional variety of salads, pizza and entrees. The private restrooms are a wonderful addition.
Underwhelming to say the least. Meatballs were cold. Mediocre at best. Zappa di Mare was tasty and beet salad was good.
We really enjoyed our dinner and our server. Salads were excellent. I have given ratings of five out of five stars on almost all aspects A couple of critiques: 1. the cauliflower crust on the pizza was only OK. We purchase cali crusts from Wegmans often and this seemed like it wasn't as good as the kind we normally get in the store. maybe that's just psychological because we expect more in the restaurant, but it really wasn't that good 2. We appreciated being seated in the pergola. It was nice because it was smaller and quieter, but there is a very loud harm from the refrigeration in the main Wegmans store. I would suggest that they enclose that pergola for more peace and quiet.
Great dining experience at this special event! Highly recommend attending one if you get the cahnce!
