As someone who grew up around Turkish and Greek food, I can tell you this place is the real deal. The flavors are authentic, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything is clearly made with care. The bread was light and perfectly baked and the savory dishes are deeply satisfying and beautifully spiced without being overpowering. I thought the lahmacun and shish kebab was some of the best I ever had and that’s coming from someone who grew up with this food.

This is one of those places you come for the food- the food is excellent! Everything we had was truly delicious. Was the server particularly attentive or friendly- nope. But who cares when the food is this good.

What we ordered: lahmacn, babaganush, lentil soup, Conan salatashi, Adana kebab beyti, chicken kebab- everything we tried was excellent- with the exception of their lamb chops….. Jasmin’s does a much better job with their lamb chops.

As Evi Bakery and Restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is fresh and delicious, with an incredible variety of dishes and baked goods. The staff is friendly and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for a great meal!
