We just had Battatini’s for a graduation party today, great food! Sam was easy and responsive during the weeks prior with answers to questions. We had so many people comment on how good the food was. Would easily order again.
I’m sorry I didn’t write this review sooner. I am finally sitting down to reflect on the past few months and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the grace that Sam and Battatini’s showed my family. This fall, we unexpectedly lost my brother. Sam, my brother and I went to high school together. A+++ First time using Battatini’s. Catered day before Christmas. THEY WERE BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. Ended up with an issue with our order. We called them. Above and beyond? They went even beyond that in a quick resolution. A+++++++ service. The food quality was great and more affordable than others. New and lifelong customer here. Thanks.
