Food was a mess and had to dig through the rings to get toppings for the burgers plus no buns for meat and tomatoes were not ripe and rings were burnt too

We got a hamburger ? Curly Fries ? and Chicken Wings..... Out of all that food that we bought... Our Curly Fries ?Were the Only Edible thing that we could eat. We will be going back to complain; which is a shame bcuz we were so excited to eat at BILL GRAY'S.Dietary restrictions: It'd be nice if they would put The Gluten Free Section NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE MENU INSTEAD OF BEING SEPARATED AND OFF TO THE SIDE. THANKS.

We walked in and didn't realize they were closed!! The cashier took out order and I didn't realize what time it was, I felt bad upon realizing they were closed! They still made our order and during the making were talking about how they needed to watch the door next time because they were closed at 9. Omg I would have driven somewhere else but unfortunately it was miscommunication from staff as well as me not looking at the time for walking in and closing hours

The garbage plates suck tremendously. The Mac salad has no seasoning, no celery, no carrots no nothing it literally like noodles and mayo and to top it all off the Mac salad if very warm The home fries are just as bland only good thing about this spot if the burgers and milkshakes. That's literally it.

Phones my order ahead of time and was told it would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. Arrived to pick up my order and it was never entered in the system!!? I was there were other orders placed but mine never showed up as being placed!? They took my order again and I had to wait another Half Hour to get my Food!?. No apologies,just we will put your order in now!?
