Black Button Distilling

Stopped in with an out of town friend. Loved our tasting experience. Headed over to the bar to get an espresso martini. Told the woman behind the bar 3 different times what we wanted. She was splashing the liquors all over the place. Slid our drinks over and said "card"!!! No bill, no nothing. Nastiest espresso martini I've ever tasted. Rye whiskey DOES NOT go in an espresso martini.

Excellent tour, man who led it had a beautiful mustache, very inspiring and very knowledgeable. Able to answer all of our questions!

What fun to tour and taste the spirits at Black Button Distillery! Oliver was a great tour guide. Such interesting information, right down to the etymology of pertinent words. Unique flavors of gin, delicious bourbon, and everyone in my family will likely be getting the Bourbon Cream for the holidays!

The new Black Button Distillery is AMAZING! Such a cool space, incredible drinks, and we had a very special tour! We can't wait to go back to try some of the food. Definitely worth checking out!

I haven’t visited black button since pre pandemic, they have grown exponentially. They definitely do not disappoint, as amazing as ever. Be sure to take a tour if you have the opportunity, their guide Oliver is incredibly knowledgeable.

This is surely a highly recommended stop in Rochester! Oliver did such an amazing job on the guided tour, providing lots of fun facts and history. This made the whole experience that much better! All drinks and food were amazing, including the tradition flatbread.

The tour is a 10/10 recommendation if visiting. Not only do you learn the process of making vodka, gin, and whiskey, but you learn a brief history of distillation and alcohol making. The food and cocktails are great as well.

They give tours of The Distillery! Our tour was led by Oliver; a very well spoken and distinguished gentleman. We learned so much and now have even more Pride for Rochester Style. The tastings and food offered are also amazing. Will be back many more times. Thank you Black Button ?

Awesome Rochester-style distillery! We love Their cocktails and their pre-prohibition bourbon (among others) is top notch. They offer numerous classes and tours - take one! We just did the distillery tour and tasting with Oliver and it was great!!!
