REV BBQ offers fantastic and delicious BBQ, with many calling it one of the best in the area. The brisket is repeatedly described as incredible, fantastic, and melt in your mouth. Other standout items include the tender pork ribs, flavorful and cheesy sausage, pulled pork, and the highly recommended Texas Twinkies. For sides, the poblano grits, pimento mac, cajun mashed potatoes, and the mashed potatoes with bacon gravy are all praised, alongside moist cornbread. The Grazer platter and meat platters provide great portions. Cocktails are wonderful and fantastic, with a loved selection. Service is consistently excellent and on top of everything, even when busy. A note is that the sampler has been discontinued, they can be out of some offerings, and the dining room can sometimes feel chilly. The experience is overall amazing, earning a 10/10, with plans to return and recommendations to everyone.
