Need to update website pictures. Bones dog bakery website looks nothing like the actual place. Reality there is a corner of central bark with a refrigerator and displays for dog bone bakery stuff( toys, puzzle feeds). Cake we bought was nothing like they used too make, it was so dry and practically rock solid. Very disappointing.

First time going to their new location at Bark Central. Drove all the way down, walked in and there wasn't a single treat from Bones Bakery. Completely empty shelves and refrigerator. Would recommend either calling Bark Central to check stock or order from Bones directly. Still wanted to support local so went to Pet Supplies Plus and bought from Lucky Dog Bakery (they always have stock available).

The color on the bone is different from website description and display pictures. No prior communication from Bone and it was very disappointing when I went to pick up. No response from vendor on message and have not been able to get a hold of them over phone for a week.
This should not be how you operate and maybe why the shop on Park Ave closed. Be better and be more responsible and respectful of buyer’s time and money.

I called someone answered then hung up on me.I called back immediately to try to put in an order. Because I am a very personable person and I would much rather speak with somebody over the phone and explain what I would like instead of being forced to order over the internet or website. So unfortunately, I will never order anything from this location or this door. Due to the only way they do orders is through their website. I'm not interested in that I will find another dog bakery

This was my first time ordering a cake for my dog and it made his 11th birthday so special! We got the 5” single round hound cake. They were very communicative about my order and any questions I had! The ingredients in the cake and the treats are high quality and healthy for dogs. It also looked perfect. My dog couldn’t wait to dig in! He also loves the treats sold there (I got him the birthday ones). There’s also a space in store for all sorts of treats and toys, I will bring him along next time. Thanks for making my dog’s birthday special!

My dog loves the treats and his cake we got for his 6th birthday a few years ago. Was really disappointed that they left their park ave location. Part of the reason we loved going there was because it was in a walkable neighborhood. Probably won’t return for that reason.

Our minature poodle Finn turns 2 this Saturday, but we had a birthday party at the office so all the office dogs could come. The cake was the center attraction, and a HUGE hit with the dogs. Finn loved the cake, but you couldn't bribe him to share even a single bite of the donut with anyone else. We couldn't have been more thrilled for our pups big day. We'll definitely be customers again, and loved finding out about Central Bark. We'll be checking that out as well!

Spent $35 on a cake for my dog. It's literally the size of a small cookie. You will be disappointed and so will your dog. The website says 5 inches but I measured it. It's barely 4. So small and so sad. Total rip off!!!!!!!
