Just stopped by here today and grabbed two loaves of focaccia. Not exaggerating, this is the BEST bread I’ve had in my life. Do yourself a favor and stop by here as soon as you can to grab some delicious home made bread. They also have a variety of local items as well and I picked up some dog treats and pies from crust.
I thought finding good bakery in Rochester was a myth until I tried this one, like the quest for the grail. Wow. I could tell they knew their stuff when it was put in paper and not plastic. The crunch from the first bite. Amazing. Try it once and you will understand why others that are institutions in Rochester aren’t even mediocre. Tried the seasonal focaccia and kuchen.
Bread is fantastic. Look forward to trying all the varieties she makes.
