The guy that's there in the mornings at the drive through is my man. Oke day I'll even ask him his name and get back to you. Bagel sandwiches are all top tier. Just pick one. It will be good
I recently started stopping here about once a week or so to pick up a breakfast sandwich on my way to work.
I used to go to another location but started having issues with their product quality and atmosphere.
I'm really enjoying being able to pickup quickly though the drive-through. Sometimes getting back onto Monroe is tough with traffic, but nowhere near as bad as it would be to stop at Starbucks closer to the expressway.

Bruegger's has the best bagels in Rochester.
I had the sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and it was delightful. Exactly what I was expecting. They had no problem adding cream cheese to my husband's sandwich, and he loved it.
They are definitely a bagel place and not a coffee place, though. I had their decaf and it was weak, watery, and cold.
But I'm too happy with my sandwich and the bagels I brought home to stay mad about coffee.
