Bad experience picking up a dooodash order. The employee didn’t want to do the order. He told me he was there by his self and aftet that he told me they were out of everything.

My husband and I went for ice cream at this Byrne Dairy on 5/29/2026, with only two people working while combating the HUGE rush of customers. They never once lost their cool and I watched as they busted their humps to help everyone. My hats off to those two gentlemen , excellent work!

I took me my niece and my small child to get some ice cream they were very excited until we walked in and the worker that was doing the ice cream was very rude automatically. Saying cuss words under his breath and rolling his eyes just for a simple order of ice cream. It was very disturbing. To act that way in front of kids was very unprofessional. It made me and my little ones feel very uncomfortable. He got our order wrong and tried to dismiss me. I told him that the order was wrong and he got snippy and said “I don’t even know if it’s gonna be enough icecream for this” and rolled his eyes. He was impatient, abrasive, rude, nasty, and unprofessional. Highly disappointed.

This used to be a good location, now the employees just stare at you waiting by the sandwich station. When you ask if someone will be over and they just shake their head no. The Stone rd location might take 10 minutes to make a sandwich but atleast the employees are attentive and friendly

Gas pumps seldom have any paper for receipts. Went inside today to get a duplicate gas receipt, waited to ask for receipt before he was to wait on his next customer. I was rudely told to get in the line of 4 to 5 people making purchases.

I wish I could give a no star rating. How are you open 24hrs and have no one on staff that can make a milkshake or a banana split. Like seriously walked in stock there for 5 minutes kid counting his drawer never acknowledged me then he spoke so soft that I could not hear him. Told him I needed to get some milk shakes and he was like we don't know how to do that. Can you make a v Banana split nope cant do that either.

This place continues to go downhill in quality for everything. Especially the food. I was happy to have buryne dairy here but I get more and more disappointed each time. It's becoming a place to be afraid of eating at. U might get sick.
