I have been going to Caraglio's Pizza in Gates for many years. It was recommended to me by a pizza 'connoisseur'. I only go on Mondays or Tuesdays, the 'All Day Special'. My family has ordered the large pizza special every Tuesday for three years! For the first time in 3 years last week we got a burnt pizza. My kids were starving and so we made quick dinners at home instead of driving back to return and wait for a new pizza, but I did call and ask what could be done. Ordered on-line during anniversary unlimited toppings special. "unlimited* was 5 toppings or less.
Also ordered "well done", when picked up, pizza was not "well done" to the point the pepperoni in the center was as if it just came out of the refrigerator.
After finishing the cook to well done in personal oven, overall quality was decent, not the best I've had in Rochester.
