“Absolutely out of this world food, communication, professionalism, and service. I filled out the "contact us" at 430 on a Friday and had a response before 5. Our wedding guests raved all night about the food and we are still getting compliments days later. The range of food types was incredible as there were multiple allergies to worry about, plus FBD taking diabetic and heart health conscious guests needs in mind. I'm currently drooling thinking about what we ate. Test tasting their food was also wonderful. Even going on a not empty stomach, we cleared our plates. The whole experience was quaint and efficiently run. Their folks not only set up quickly and smoothly, but serviced our tables, assembled in house so everything was fresh, and everyone was personable beyond belief. “Hands down the BEST FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced!!! I already knew the food was a 10 - which is why I wanted it for dinner before I have surgery tomorrow. I happened to catch a food bag available on the Too Good To Go app and bought it immediately! I already knew the food would be delicious, so I knew I would enjoy whatever I got. Not long after I purchased the bag, I remembered that I bought movie tickets for myself and my family to see a movie that would only be showing through today. My pickup window was during the movie. I reached out to everyone I knew and they either couldn't pick the bag up for me or didn't answer. With time running out, I tried calling the restaurant to see if we could arrange for me to pick up later, from someone's house or even another day. When I told them I was hoping it would be my last meal before surgery tomorrow, they asked for my information and offered to DELIVER my meal to my house!!! I arrived home a few minutes before the delivery was made and Cassie's daughter hand delivered my food. I truly wanted to cry and give her a hug! NEVER have I experienced such outstanding service - even if I wasn't already a repeat customer, I certainly would have become one tonight. I will be singing the praises of Cassie's Citchen EVERYWHERE I go!!! I have a cousin due with a baby soon and I'll be ordering several meals for the family when they're home from the hospital. God bless Ms Cassan, her family and the entire restaurant staff - I still don't feel I've been able to properly put into words this experience.
