Went to Chen Garden for the first time. Food was average. The restaurant, however was disgusting. Black duct tape holding booths together, walls banged up and dirty. We read reports and discovered many food violations with major kitchen issues. We will not go back.

Ordered take out got home order was wrong and stuff missing. I called they had me go all the way back to get it and then charged me more money! Didn't even attempt to make things right. Terrible customer service

My all time favorite Chinese restaurant on this planet. Now, if I could only learn what the ingredients are in the hot oil served with the scallion pancakes. I would love to make that hot oil at home.

The food is always authentically delicious 😋 But this time the fried rice with veggies was SOOOO oily and I mean oily, and found EGG SHELL pieces while chewing. Not so good this time! Yuk. The place was so busy we didn't returned it. But it will be a while before we go back. 😞

I love their dumplings and I always get Szechuan chicken cuz I like a little bit of spice and it's good, clean, yummy food. This place has been a Fail-Safe go-to for many, many years and I'm pretty positive I've never really had anything bad from this location, so as long as you stick to what you know I don't think you'll be disappointed!

The food is not good at all it used to be the best place in Rochester in my opinion but now it definitely went down hill
Meal was amazing, food was incredible. but then when we went to leave our waitress chased us to the door demanding $2 more dollars on her tip and ruined the entire experience.
