“I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal from the counter I side. There was a lengthy delay, I was told it would be a bit longer, and would I like a cookie or brownie in my bag, a very nice offer. I waited over 10 mins but the young lady who was filling the order kept me update throughout, along with the nicely named brownie! Excellent customer service, which is all the customer wants! I didn't mind waiting!“
“The service was quick and also, patient, as I was trying to make sense of small menu changes since I was last there.
The server brought us our drinks while we waited for the food (a take out order) and that was a small gesture of old-school care. She could have let them sit on the counter, melting, as people do at major fast food chains, as the rest of the food was prepped.
The dining room was clean. Notably, so was the parking lot, despite it being in an area where urban locals readily litter and leave a mess and where the store employees aren't given time, or care to, tend the grounds and parking lot.“
