“Food was good. Had wings and beef on weck. Service was not good. Sat at a booth in the bar area. This was a Saturday at 4pm. Not busy at all. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us even though there was at least 3-4 that we saw wandering around. “Nine of us, including 4 kids (ages 3-12) ate there on the outside patio on 5 August. Food was very good; very tasty and in large quantity. Service was great -- young lady server worked really hard to help keep the kids happy. We spent about 90 minutes there. I'd definitely go back -- very enjoyable experience.“

“We always take away so can’t comment in dine-in. The bone-in chicken is always fresh, crispy, and ready in a timely manner. Our favorites are the original, hot spicy sauce & spicy galbi. The boneless versions are ok, but can be quite dry. It would be better if they gave the option of having boneless thigh instead of having breast as default. Their sweet potato fries are tasty too“

Sadly we did not get to stop back in. But with it being so close to the Campus and my son realizing R.I.t.is where he wants to be. I feel we will be back soon ?

“This is the most authentic Jamaican food in Rochester! The spices are on point and the meat is fall off the bones tender! The owner Kurt and Michelle are extremely professional and pleasant. This is the spot that I take all my friends that come from Jamaica and they all said it taste like back home.“

“I have been going to Caraglio's Pizza in Gates for many years. It was recommended to me by a pizza 'connoisseur'. I only go on Mondays or Tuesdays, the 'All Day Special'. On those days, one can get a large cheese pizza for $12.99 plus tax. Extra toppings are $2.00. Occasionally I will get chicken wings. I have Never had a bad pizza from Caraglio's. Their chicken wings are good too. I call ahead of time and pick up my pizza. Caraglio's Pizza also has an app where one can accure points after each pizza purchase. After so many points built up, a person can get free bread sticks, free mozzarella sticks, free medium cheese pizza, free boneless chicken wings, and a free one topping pizza. I have Never had a problem with the cashier, or the person on the phone taking my order. Kudos to Caraglio's Pizza!“

“We are from Michigan & have not found one local chain pizza place that actually has 'flavor'! My son & I visited here last week & were so surprised at how good the pizza slices tasted! Tasted like high quality ingredients with lots of flavor! Reasonable prices. The young girl at the counter was so sweet & accommodating, while the young man who was the manager cooked the pizza to perfection! Both were very professional & welcoming. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.“

“I came in today for the first time. The staff/owner was very welcoming. The customer service was impeccable, right when we walked in. The menu was clear and straightforward. But the food y’all… OMG!!! If you got a big back like me, go and get you some food from here. I’ve been around trying a lot food from Rochester but here? Right off the bat I knew the vibes were right.

I got a catfish special with baked mac and cheese, dirty rice and baked beans and my boyfriend got the haddock special. Let me tell you, it tastes just like home. Also, don’t forget to get y’all something sweet. Their coconut and lemon cake, to die for. Go and give them your support! By the way, all next week they’re having wings for $1.“

You have donated pizzas all over the community, but just today, I learned you will be donating pizza to our children at St. Kateri for their last Field day of the school's existence! Typically the children would be given hot dogs, watermelon, and freeze pops, but we were told this year there was no money to do so...as many already know, the school is closing down for good (as St. Kateri that is). It will become Chesterton Academy, and our loving school community is officially disbanded at the end of this school year, all needing to find new homes...children and teachers alike! When we learned that yet one more tradition was coming to an end, you swooped in and came through for our children. Just received an email that you will be providing pizza for our kids on their Field Day this Wednesday. THANK YOU!!!!!! We are barely holding it together as we watch our children enjoy their school for the last time these next 6 school days, and this is at least one bright spot we can be thankful for in such a sorrowful time!!!“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

The only thing is when you order the buy one get one free both orders them have to be exactly alike. Price $20.
