Chili Hots is a small restaurant with booths, often windy outside. Orders are usually correct, but the parking lot is small and shared with other places. Prices are high, but the taste is decent. The menu needs better descriptions. A first-timer enjoyed the Mediterranean salad with chicken and the Buffalo chicken finger salad, both very good and filling. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, and the fries were crispy. The Mac salad was flavorful but could have used more mayo. The restaurant offers quick service and friendly staff, especially on a Saturday night. The Cheeseburger combo, which includes two sides and a drink, was very good, with the macaroni salad standing out. The location is just minutes off I-490 exit 4. A visitor from out of town shared that the white zweigle hotdog with chili sauce, ketchup, mustard, and onion was absolutely delicious—way better than remembered from childhood. Their young child also loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Another customer stopped in for lunch, recommended by a co-worker, and loved the garbage plates—everything was fresh and excellent. They wished they had added extra hot sauce, as it tasted fantastic. Overall, the restaurant provides good food and friendly service, making it a place to return to if nearby.
