I always have a great experience at this Chili’s!The staff is always friendly and attentive and our food is always delicious! During my most recent visit, my waitress Emily was exceptional - very kind and on-top of it! I also noticed the manager, Cheryl, connecting with customers and ensuring things were running smoothly. Great work!

I came in with a party of 7 last week. They were very busy and were on a wait. We crowded into a packed bar to wait for our table. That's when we were greeted by an absolute ray of sunshine. Her name is Caitlin and she is potentially the most amazing bartender and server. Apparently she was getting slammed by some margarita for a movie. She also had a jam packed section. Most might have accepted the table instead of sit in a crowded bar with 7 friends. We didn't have to. Her manager Cheryl and her handled everything like seasoned pros and made us feel right at home. Best Chilis visit ever. Do yourself a favor and check out these amazing women. Thanks again!!!

Sheryl is a brutal manager that has totally lost touch. Sheryl’s bartender took $100 cash from me and Sheryl wants to act like I’m the bad guy. I spent $60-70 a night, 4 times a week until Sheryl and her awful little click tried to push me out for not agreeing with them socially. When I asked to speak to Sheryl she said she doesn’t have time. Sheryl owes me an apology and some money. Made a formal complaint to brinker and have a follow up phone call. You’re a manager at chilis Sheryl, calm down

Placed a pick up order and arrived on time ended up waiting for over 25 min standing in the store for my food. Food finally came and was completely messed up cheese fries were a cold block of crusty nasty old fries glued together with solid cheese. Mini burgers were rare and bloody and southwest rolls were cold. Called to complain about the order and the manager said they would process a refund as she remember me from standing there for so long. NOW OVER A MONTH LATER AND NOTHING IM OUT OVER $30 from this place because not one person in this store can do their job.

Justine and Kim are the most amazing people. We had such a great experience, the service was phenomenal, they went above and beyond. Next time I am here I will definitely ask to be seated in their section.

I wrote this place off a long time ago, but decided to give it a try recently. I'm glad I stopped in. The fajitas for two was perfect, and priced right. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was good. The could use a makeover as it still looks the same as it did 10 years ago, but that didn't make my experience any different. Bottom line is, the food was good, service was good, the price was right.

Food was good, celebrated my birthday here, food was delicious as usual. The only reason im writing a 2 star review is we had to wait almost 2 hours for Some nashville hot boneless wings and there were ONLY 3. Good food but the service needs to be better
