Chili's Grill & Bar

They have the best soup ever, both the loaded baked potato and the chicken enchilada. Everything was still great, but I was shocked at the price raise. I know that is happening everywhere, but $11 for a soup and side salad is insane. The bottomless deal is gone, so you can't get a second soup. Besides that, the service was excellent.

Long story short went here 3 different times last week rude hostess each time i did a take out order the 3rd time for cheese sticks and after 25 from when they were supposed to be done and attitude my food was cold I will not be going back to this location i think I will just stick to Texas roadhouse for dinners out

Food was ok, very greasy. Ordered soup and it was lukewarm. The Mac and Cheese was hot and good. Seated in the bar area, it was loud. Our server was ok, nothing great, but I've had worse. It is loud, mostly from the customers. Would I go back, yes, but it will be a while.

Haven't been in a while and now I remember why. Quality and choices have declined. And I know that not much is made on site anymore, but there are ways to jazz things up without being penny pinching. Mass production suppliers are not the way to stay in business.

We did a pick up dinner they were nice enough to bring it to our car as we weren’t able to go in. Meal was good except for the chili. It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I threw it out because it was so bad. I think they dumped in the whole salt shaker in my bowl it was that salty. Never will order that again.

It was clean and the service was fast and nice. The Smash Burger is soooo much better then McDonalds at roughly the same price point. The fries don't stay fresh enough for delivery so i would pick a different side next time unless I'm eating in.

Was seated fast, and drinks came out great after 5 mins of sitting(good time). Ordered apps,but the soups to the meal came out first, which was disappointing b/c we wanted our apps first. Soups were very cold,but the eggroll apps were delicious,which made up for the cold soups.After the microwaved soup was brought back out,we waited another 30 mi s f9r the entrée. I ordered the smokehouse combo,picked three meats,served with fries(I sub with loaded mash),street corn,and garlic bread!!! I have to rave on the corn absolutely the best,but the three times cooked mash horrible, brown and cold,my quesidillas aweful,salty,cold,over cooked. The meat seems as though it's been around for days. This was my very first time at any Chilis,and the prices were great,but food horrible would have been full off of a drive-thru meal,which I hate even more

I ordered chips and salsa to go along with fajitas. They didn’t include the chips and salsa which I had paid for and was really looking forward to. Very disappointed

Came out to celebrate, did not enjoy. Started out ordering. Then waiting 30/40 for food, server came over and said don’t know what the kitchen is doing but desserts are on us. My dinner was dry and my daughter’s food was overcooked. So not a good experience. So then ordered our free desserts to get the bill and now being charged for a dessert. Over all very upsetting and shouldn’t have had to pay for anything the way things went. So sad cause I have always enjoyed it but definetly not this time at all.

the restaurant seemed a bit chaotic… although our server lillian made sure we had an amazing experience!! she is super nice and attended to all of our needs, thanks lillian!
