How do you over salt the guacamole? The cashier was rude when asked with help with my rewards. I had bring my daughter to restroom with no toilet paper or paper towels. please take the extra time and drive to Henrietta. They never disappoint there.

Seriously my favorite chipotle in rochester. I’m not sure why but every time i get a bowl from here it tastes much better than one i’d get anywhere else. The staff can be somewhat impatient and snappy but tbh i would be to if i worked at a chipotle, especially one so busy.

Employees are rude, including the manager. The store was an absolute mess, including behind the counter. Employees wearing their pants with their a** hanging out. Not appropriate for a business. Food was so-so. Sat right down to eat and it wasn't even warm. Will not be back.

I went in by chance because the place I was going to is closed. Ordered the hard taco with steak, they were out of steak and it was lunch time. They gave me this cubed“ beef” and assembled the tacos to my choice of toppings. It was ok. Perrier water to drink. Service was friendly and I sat by a counter by the window.

A BIG thank you to Donovan for his superior work ethic. When I came in he was cleaning the food line which a lot of times is very messy. He changed his gloves and many times people don't. He was kind and considerate. I appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Donovan!
No point in ordering extra, it's bad enough that 3 items comes out to almost $50. But I knew that going into it. This store has repeatedly not put any meat in my orders when I've ordered extra. I have been served undercooked food, food that has gone bad. I ordered a burrito bowl, a burrito and Chips & Queso Blanco. I got one burrito bowl in total that was drenched in super spicy sauce and it wasn't even mine...I've been to this location as well and it is fully dirty and unprofessional as it is...literally at this point its better just to order from moes..

Very unprofessional. Phone rings off the hook at lunch time. Also called twice another time to check on the status of a job application. First time the phone keeps ringing and ringing. Second time, someone obviously hung up before it could even reach voicemail. If you can't handle the stress, there's people who can properly manage a shift. Went by the location and the dining area was quite messy. They obviously need help, but again maybe they should take down job openings off the website and indeed if they can't even keep the store clean or answer the phone. Raises serious questions about the quality of customer service after seeing and experiencing the unprofessionalism. Seems to be unique to this location as other chipotle location in the area are tidy and answer the phone. Now I know why customers always complained about the food when I would pick up UberEATS orders from the Mt Hope location. After reading other recent reviews, it's obvious that this location suffers from poor management.

It was horrendous like I ordered and they got me order wrong! I would’ve been fine if it was one or two things that got messed up but my whole order was just you wrong I asked for a chicken bowl with white rice and no beans and they gave beans, brown rice and this other thing that wasn’t chicken and gave me guacamole and sour cream when I had asked for queso. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time they got my order wrong.

This Chipotle is without a doubt the worst location in Rochester. I have never received the correct order. I have continued to be given free rewards for the missing items however, whenever I use the rewards the items are always missing. The vouchers are a waste because the orders are ALWAYS wrong. I am a regular chipotle eater for lunch and at my wits end with this location. The service is terrible (coming from an industry worker.) Do not order online from this location.
