Took our 10 year old for his birthday on a whim, and the waitress (I wish I remembered her name) asked us if we were there for anything special. After telling her it was his birthday, she came back a few minutes later telling us she got a “personal call from Dave & Busters and they wanted to give this very special boy a free play pass”. He was SO excited and it made him feel extra special on his day, so we really appreciate that. He even got a light up ice cube and gummy worms...read full review
This was in the prize room and I was told by the manager that has been there for 9 years, that it was 800 tickets for ONE pack not for the box. This is false advertising.
