Old reliable. When in doubt, Dennys comes to the rescue. We missed our hotels breakfast so we had to venture out. Pleasantly surprised by the kids meals. The location was not busy at all. Food came out quickly. Food was what you would expect. Hashbrowns weren't cooked enough, but the rest of the food was ok.

This was the worst place I have ever gone to we got there at 8:24 and waited a hour for our food and I have two toddlers that can't sit still for long and we were given all our food at once so our table had no room and then the food not even taste good NEVER EAT HERE

07.14.22 / 10:27 am Order: 593761 Gotta love Denny's! Food and service was great. I've had Susan as a server before and she's always on top of her game. Kudos! I had the bourbon chicken skillet. The chicken and sauce was very good but I was disappointed that two soggy broccoli pieces and three slivers of mushrooms came with it. I asked for no potatoes and assumed it would come with more veggies. Delish still. The Hostess needs people skills training. I felt very unwelcome when I arrived and also when she cashed me out. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you. We all have bad days, right? See you again soon Denny's.

I love this place! I always receive excellent customer service and the food is great! I occasionally get an order with a mistake but the employees are always so nice about correcting mistakes and quickly. I will always recommend this place.

4/14/2022 9AM Service was very poor. Waiter seemed untrained. When there was no sausage to go with our meal, bacon was not offered as a substitute for sausage. It took far too long to deliver our 6 meals. No second offers of coffee were made while we observed tables seated after us getting second cups. Only after our checks were brought to the table did we get offered a second cup of coffee. There was no apparent manager checking on service. We have been coming for breakfast as a group for several years. None of us plan to come to Denny's again. There are many restaurants that will provide excellent service and breakfast. I don't know how you will stay in business operating with such poor management, service, and quality.

So, this is pretty much the only place open after 10pm. We have been here over an hour. There are many customers in here but only three employees. The one girl walks slower than molasses and just keeps saying it's her first day, she is sorry. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor, skip it.

I had a late lunch at the Henrietta Denny's today. My overall experience was very good. I didn't wait long to be seated. I was offered a table or booth which is always nice. The choices on the menu are many and it's nice to know that breakfast is always available. I had the sirloin dinner and I must say for this level of dining, it was good. It was actually served "medium" as I asked. Everything was hot and my drink was refilled without me asking. Also, a to-go box was offered as well. I feel the prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area. I will stop in again without hesitation. The busy manager, Quest, was leading the team and greeting diners as well. A nice touch.

The food is always consistent Denny's quality, but the wait staff can be abrasive. There have been multiple occasions where items were missing from my pickup order or the restaurant closed early and refused to acknowledge online orders, not even just to tell customers trying to pick up their orders that they were closed. Generally hit or miss.

Horrible!!! Waited an HOUR for 4 meals that were poorly made! How do you make vegetables burnt and raw at the same time?? The steak dinner was half portioned and over done. Overall the whole family was disappointed and we paid over $60 plus tipped. Could of save a bunch with fast food tonight. Denny's has done way better than this! At least we were given free drinks for the wait. It may be a while... But maybe next time we'll get better meals. Again.

This dining experience was one of the worst I've ever had. There was a group of us who after a long day at a robotics competition were ready to get off our feet and have a bite to eat. I don't blame the 2 employees working, they were both courteous and hustling about. The quality of the food was good and overall the restaurant was very clean but man were they understaffed. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get served.

The waiter was really nice and he tried his best but... It took 35 minutes to get some fried food and some eggs. There were three other total tables occupied in the place. The eggs came burnt on a sandwich and the hash browns were cold to the touch. Not sure why that took so long. Then there was no one at the register when we were trying to leave. The poor waiter had to make change out of his own pocket. Good thing we didn't plan to use a card. Not a good deal at all. Besides that, they totally forgot 30% of our order. After we told them the food was bad they didn't offer to fix that but we didn't want to wait another 35 minutes so we didn't even ask. Will not return.

We went in for a late night dinner after an event we had and there was only two other parties there so I didn’t think it would be that bad, I was so wrong. It took us almost two and a half hours to get our food. The waiter would say he would be right back but wouldn’t come back. They kept filling to go orders rather then filling the orders for the people who are in the restaurant. I will never ever go to this location again.

I last reviewed this place 4 years ago, 5 stars. I just recently went and I was so disappointed. It starts with the amount of trash outside as you approach the restaurant, followed by how much trash was inside the restaurant. The floors were dirty, and a lot of tables weren't cleaned. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon, only 3 other patrons in the dining room. Our eggs weren't cooked correctly, the toast was soggy, the coffee was cold, bacon undercooked, and the pancake puppies were burnt. We got charged for an extra coffee, which was taken off the bill. Our waitress was not very good, and for how empty the dining room was, the food took what seemed like an extra long time to get to it table. It a shame to see what was a really nice place turn into a substandard establishment.I will return again in a month or so, just to see if things have changed, or if this is Denny's new image!
