Food is good. Ordering online is good. Ordering in person was weird. They just stared at you like they expect you to know everything to order. He should have said "we have breads like on the sign here" and "you can put any toppings you want, here are the options." But no he was just looked at me without saying anything. Then we get to the register and the employee was very confused, as though someone buying a sandwich was a trigonometry puzzle. They never offered...
Great subs and other food. Consistently good. It is very difficult to figure out and navigate the online menu; each time they attempt to improve it, it gets worse. It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.
