A trip to Dinosaur BBQ is a must for every Rochester visit. The food, service and atmosphere are always excellent. On my most recent visit I had the tacos and they were delicious as always.
Picture of the Trio- 3 meat sampler. Brisket, pulled pork, and ribs with beans with green peppers and fries. Liked the pulled pork the best, beans would have been better without peppers, great fries. Wings are smoked and charred. Great beverages at the CLEANest bar ever. Two bartenders meticulously cleaning! Cozy booths and lively, artistic atmosphere.
Love this place. Unfortunately on my last visit the ribs were a bit over done and dried out in places. They were very tasty even so. Also, I had the oatmeal nitro stout that should have had a creamy foam head, but had no head at all.
